This document constitutes a public offer for the provision of astro-numerological compatibility analysis services through the Lunaris website. Payment for the service signifies full acceptance of these terms. The service is intended for adults: you must be at least 18 years old to use it, and both people you enter must be at least 18 years old.
The Provider offers the Customer a service for generating a personalized compatibility analysis based on submitted data (names, dates of birth and, optionally, birth time and place) using methods of astrology, numerology, and artificial intelligence.
Payment is processed securely through Stripe. You can pay with any major credit or debit card. Results are provided immediately after payment confirmation. The Rising sign, houses and full natal chart are calculated only when an exact birth time and place are provided.
Refunds are available if the service was not provided due to technical reasons (analysis was not generated). To request a refund, contact us at lunaris.connect@gmail.com within 14 days of payment, providing your order number.
The compatibility analysis is for entertainment purposes only and does not constitute professional psychological, medical, or legal advice. The Provider is not responsible for decisions made based on the analysis results.
All materials on the website, including design, text, and algorithms, are the intellectual property of Lunaris. Copying and distribution without permission is prohibited.
The Provider reserves the right to modify the terms of this offer. The current version is always available on this page.
